We share your credit card information with Absolute Merchant Services who is our current payment provider.  Absolute Merchant Services shall not share it other than to obtain payment for services which we provide.

We shall disclose your Personal Information, as necessary and required for us to accept goods which you order to be delivered to us for shipment and as required to transport your shipments to the location which you identified, including but not limited at border crossings.

We may disclose your Personal Information, to (1) meet legal requirements, (2) cooperate with law enforcement authorities, (3) to respond to governmental inquiries or requests, (4) to permit us to pursue available remedies or limit damages that we may sustain, (5) to enforce our rights resulting from inappropriate use of our Sites, or (6) as we deem appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

We take the protection of your Personal Information seriously. We actively work to limit access to your Personal Information to authorized employees, and to the extent necessary, to agents, contractors, vendors and border control agents or other government agents entitled to receive your Personal Information in order to transport and deliver items which you have purchased to the destination you have specified. DATA RETENTION
