How to work with a personal account?

Video tutorial coming soon…

When making a purchase, be sure to enter your TRTshopping account number in the address line.

When making a purchase in online stores, be sure to indicate your personal account number in the TRTshopping system in the address field during Checkout. This will speed up the processing of your parcels upon receipt at our warehouses.

Is my payment information safe with TRTshopping?

Yes. TRTshopping is fully compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). You will also find the answer to this question in the User Agreement between our company and our Customer during registration.

Why do you need to have an address in the US?

Most US stores do not ship to foreign countries, so you can use our US address. Your purchases are delivered to the selected warehouse in Delaware or New Jersey, where the package will be formed and sent to you.

You made a purchase. What’s next?

After receiving the tracking number from the seller’s shipping service (USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon or other), copy it to your TRT account. In this way, you will be notified faster when goods are delivered to a US address and shipped to you immediately if you place the order. There is a $0.25 fee to register a tracking number for a package delivered to a TRT warehouse but not entered your account.

How to make sure that the store sent the goods?

The store will send you a letter by mail, which will indicate the track number, the tracking number for the delivery of your purchase to our address. After receiving the number, immediately add it to your account so that we inform you about the delivery.

How to calculate the cost of shipping a parcel to my address?

After receiving the weight of the product from the seller, you can estimate the shipping cost of your parcel using this calculator on our website.

The heavier the package, the less you pay per kg.

Does the size of the box matter when you calculate the cost of shipping?

Yes, like all carriers, we use the larger of the two to calculate the cost of shipping – dimensional weight or regular physical weight. This is the formula all transporters and courier services use for dimensional weight in kg per package = Length x Height x Width in cm / 6000. TRT Express will remove overly large boxes which add unnecessary cost to international shipments and repack Customer’s goods, adding packaging material for the product’s safe delivery if needed. No size reduction shall occur at the expense of removing insulation and safety materials placed within the package and required to safely transport the product.
